Annual home tour encourages community pride & wellbeing, inviting those living outside the area to experience the neighborhood.
WHAT: The College Neighborhoods Foundation is pleased to announce its 2011 Spring Home Tour featuring the beautiful neighborhood of College View Estates. This tour gives a glimpse into the Modern-style architecture of this distinctive San Diego Post-War neighborhood just west of the SDSU campus.
WHEN: Friday April 15th at 6:30 pm – Saturday April 16th from 10am – 3 pm.

WHY: The mission of the College Neighborhoods Foundation is to enhance the quality of life in the College Neighborhoods and support the revitalization of business. This home tour encourages community pride, wellbeing and introduces those living outside the area to one of the many vibrant communities located within the College Neighborhoods.
NOTES: Several of the other large, customized mid-century “tract” homes have also been upgraded with similar sustainable solar and energy saving devices, design, and décor.
